Huawei eSpace U2980, Huawei Contact Center Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), provides advanced voice and video features for enterprises' contact centers of all sizes. This ACD platform supports 16 E1 ports on a single interface board and 720-channel resources on a single media resource board. Furthermore, one U2980 can support up to 480 online agents and 480 online IVRs concurrently. The ACD platform can be cascaded up to three U2980s and up to 24 eSpace U2980s with the Universal Server Manager (USM).
