Huawei eSpace U2990

Huawei eSpace U2990, Huawei Contact Center Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), provides advanced voice and video features for the large size of enterprises' contact centers. This ACD platform supports 16 E1 ports on a single interface board and 720-channel resources on a single media resource board. Furthermore, one U2990 can support up to 1080 online agents and 1080 online IVRs concurrently. The ACD platform can be cascaded up to seven U2990s to expand the resources of enterprises.
