Huawei eSpace UAP3300, Huawei Contact Center Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), is designed for the small- and medium-size business. One UAP3300 can support up to 240 online agents and 240 online IVRs concurrently. The ACD platform can be cascaded up to four UAP3300s to expand the resources of enterprises.
