Project Management Service. This service provides Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services project management for network-related projects. The Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services Project Manager role encompasses technical and/or logistical aspects of a project and serves as central point of contact between the customer and Alcatel-Lucent during the project. Travel and expenses are included.

Resident Professional Services Engineer Service - Data. This service provides one (1) year of a full-time Alcatel Professional Services Engineer on-site at a customer location to perform activities related to Alcatel data products. Lead time to begin this services is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. The purchase of this service must be approved by the Director of Professional Services.

Staging and Configuration Service This service provides staging and/or configuration of Alcatel-Lucent solutions at an Alcatel-Lucent acceptance testing facility or customer location. Travel and expenses are included with this service.

Installation Service - Stack & Access. Additional Units (excludes WLAN products). This service provides installation of each additional unit at the same customer campus location during normal business hours M-F 800 AM - 500 PM local time. This service must be executed the same / next day as that of the first & second unit. If this service is not executed at the time of the first & second unit. one should use Part Number 800007-00. Travel and expenses are included.

After Hours On-site Professional Services Support Service for Customers with an Alcatel-Lucent Support Agreement. This service provides Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services on-site support between 5 PM and 8 AM local time. Monday through Friday. all day Saturday. Sunday and national holidays. NOTE This service may only be purchased by customers requiring services outside of the standard installation and/or troubleshooting offering. Travel and expenses are included.

Up to 100.000 square feet / 30.500 square meters of space in up to two building or locations at the same campus location may be analyzed per business day.? Travel and expenses are included with this service for the countries/areas defined in the Alcatel Professional Services ""Countries-Areas with Travel Cost Included with Services"" document that is located in the Professional Services section of the Alcatel e-Service website (http://eservice.ind.alcatel.com).? Up to 50.000 square feet / 15.250 square meters of space in up to two building or locations at the same campus location may be audited per business day.?
