The SmartAX MA5620/MA5626 is a multi-dwelling unit (MDU) launched by Huawei Technologies Co, Ltd.

The SmartAX MA5620/MA5626 Remote Optical Access Unit (MA5620/MA5626 for short) applies in fiber to the building (FTTB) and fiber to the curb (FTTC) scenarios.

In the upstream direction, the MA5620/MA5626 provides an SFF uplink optical port that supports GPON upstream transmission. In the downstream direction, the MA5620/MA5626 provides 8, 16, or 24 FE electrical ports.

MA5620/MA5626 specifications vary according to the number of users supported by the device. The MA5620 provides the access service for POTS users.
