Reset Router to Default Configuration has broad guidelines for resetting Cisco routers. There is no reset switch on the 1941. A USB A to mini-B cable can be used to link a PC. The on-board USB to Serial port chip will be detected by the computer, and you can then use any serial terminal application to follow the instructions provided in the first link.
