I have a 1921 router. Using usb cable I can connect to the console but cannot get the router into rommon mode. I saw a post for a 1941 router where you can remove the flash to get it into rommon mode, but the 1921 flash cannot be removed. I am using Mac terminal and screen command but am not able to send break signal. would love to know if it’s possible.
I think you can. The CF is "hidden" behind a dust cover. The slots are located at the BACK of the unit, to the left. The back is where the ports and EHWIC slots are.
The problem i'm running into is all the sample configs for Cisco 1921 sample working config for VDSL with a VA-DSL-A card, i'm finding are for much older code, i need it for a 1921 with version 15.2(3)T.
Hi, I believe you have an EHWIC-VA-DSL-A card installed on the C1921 device. The sample configuration for the same would be as follows, 1. Configure the Controller, 2. Configure the Ethernet interface & its sub-interface, 3. Configure the Dialer interface and as per you requirements, you can configure the Authentication, IP addressing etc.
