The Cisco MX67-HW is a cloud-managed security and SD-WAN appliance designed for small branch and small office environments. As part of the Cisco Meraki MX Series, it combines routing, firewall, and VPN in a single compact desktop or wall-mount unit, ideal for distributed sites in Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America. Managed end-to-end through the Cisco Meraki Dashboard, the MX67-HW allows distributors, SMB integrators, and end users to deploy secure connectivity quickly without complex on-site configuration. It supports up to 450 Mbps stateful firewall throughput and 200 Mbps VPN throughput, making it suitable for typical SME internet links and business applications. Two GbE WAN ports enable dual-active uplinks for higher availability, while five GbE LAN ports provide direct connectivity for local users, printers, IP phones, or access points. With support for up to 50 site-to-site VPN tunnels and 50 concurrent client VPN users, the MX67-HW is well suited for multi-branch organizations that need simple but reliable secure access to central resources or cloud services. The external AC adapter and low typical power consumption of up to 13W help reduce energy costs and ease deployment in offices with limited rack or power infrastructure. Silent desktop design, wide input voltage (100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), and global compliance (CE, FCC, IC, RoHS) ensure the MX67-HW can be used in many regional markets with minimal preparation. Required Meraki MX enterprise or advanced security licenses (sold separately) unlock cloud-managed features, giving IT teams centralized visibility, configuration templates, and security policy control across all branches.
