The NVIDIA SN5610 supports flexible OSFP breakout configurations for high-speed Ethernet networks. Depending on the selected port profile and cable type, an 800GbE port can be configured for 2×400GbE, 4×200GbE, or 8×100GbE connectivity. In some 8-way breakout modes, the adjacent port may be unavailable.

Figure 2 shows the 800G OSFP connector and port mapping of the NVIDIA SN5610.

The SN5610 uses OSFP cages in a belly-to-belly configuration. The port map helps identify the physical connector position and corresponding port numbering when installing 800GbE transceivers and breakout cables.
