AGREEMENT
This Agreement between Router-Switch.com LTD (as the 'Company') and ('Regional Representative' Full name ).'Regional Representative' hereinafter refers to the position as Sales Representative/ Sales Manager.
The Regional Representative agrees to:
  • Represent and sell the Company's products and services in the geographical area of country.
  • Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and present customers.
  • Promptly mails in all leads and orders to the Company.
  • Support the Regional Manager from HQ with all problems concerning Company customers within the sales territory.
  • Report to the superior if still keep a current job/own business, as well as representing other company. R-S has the right to take relevant legal actions when actual damages have been made referring to the inappropriate operations on it.
  • Maintain contact with the Company via telephone, e-mail, or other agreed-upon means of communication with reasonable frequency to discuss sales activity within the territory.
  • Provide the company 30-days' notice should he/she intends to terminate this agreement.
  • Return promptly all materials and samples provided by the Company to the Regional Representative, if either party terminates this agreement.
  • Client payments must be credited to the company account directly.
The Company agrees to:
Your monthly salary will consist of a base salary plus commission after you sign up. Please refer to the following terms for more details.
  • Pay the following commissions to the Representative:
    • 6% percent of all prepaid sales in the first order.
    • 4% percent of all prepaid/credit sales from the second order.
  • Provide the representative with reasonable quantities of business cards, brochures, catalogs required for sales purposes. The allowance of the materials will be paid with the first commission ($10 for the Company card and $20 for brochures).
  • The compensation during the probation period (full-time employees only).
    • 3 months probation period to become an official employee.
    • The monthly salary calculation method refers to the below table.

      Monthly Sales Target Range:$10K - $200K
    • After you pass the probation successfully, the sales target will be calculated quarterly (3 months - 6 months) with a monthly KPI evaluation. We may discuss more details if further steps are involved. If you couldn't reach your quarterly targets, you'll return to the probation period.
  • Grant the Representative/Manager 30-days' notice should the Company wish to terminate this agreement.
In addition, both Parties agree:
  • Commissions on refunds to customers or merchandise returned by the customer in which a commission has already been paid to the Representative shall be deducted from future commissions to be paid to the Representative by the Company.This constitutes the entire agreement.
  • All payments of the products shall be paid to the company account. Sales Representatives are not allowed to collect payment from clients nor receive products without written consent by the company, if so, the company shall have the right to terminate the employment immediately.
  • Any violation of the agreement and orientation rules by the employee, R-S has the right to terminate the agreement or take legal actions based on the laws and regulations if necessary.

This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and assigns.

The agreement shall remain valid from Jul 20,2025 to Jul 20,2026.
