End of Sale (EOS) Date This is the last day to order the product through H3C. After this date, the product is no longer for sale.
End of New Service Contract Date One year after the EOS date, it is no longer possible to sign a new service contract for the product. Only existing contracts can be renewed.
End of Software Support Date Two years after the EOS date, H3C ceases providing paid bug fixes, patching, and maintenance for business application software and network operating systems.
End of Hardware Service Renewal Date Four years after the EOS date, existing service contracts for hardware can no longer be renewed.
