This is Arista's standard policy. Support from the Arista Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and hardware support is available for up to three years after the EOS date.

Five-Year End-of-Life Policy

Effective as of September 2018, Arista extended the support timeline for certain products. Under this policy, TAC and hardware support are available for up to five years after the EOS date.
